Does Shaunsees US Accept Returns?

Gkinica accepts U.S. returns as long as items comply with our return policy, are in the same condition as described on the product page, and still have the Gkinica return tag attached. We can only honor returns through the following return process:

  1. A written request must be filed by email to support@gkinica.com within 7 business days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). Please provide your order number.
  2. The item must be shipped back to Gkinica no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (as proven by the tracking number). The label will self-void after 2 business days and cannot be used beyond that. Returns shipped after 2 business days will be rejected and sent back.
  3. Request a receipt as proof that the package has been scanned when dropping off at UPS. Gkinica is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned.
  4. Shipment fees (if any) from Gkinica to the customer will not be refunded. You will be charged a $20 restocking fee for each return shipping label being used.
  5. Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, regardless of reason, within 10-15 business days; for online returns.
  6. Gkinica accommodates remorse returns i.e. if you purchased the wrong product, the product does not fit, or you no longer want the item. A $2 restocking fee will apply.  

Can I cancel my Order?

Gkinica accepts cancellation requests within twenty four hour of receiving your order confirmation. If you request a cancellation over a weekend or holiday we will try our best to accommodate it the following business day.
